Reviews In The News
You may have noticed everyone's talking about 'reviews' these days.
That's because when there were just a few reviews, nobody really cared - what's the value of the few reviews about a business, anyway?
But now that social media has massive audiences, and businesses often have a hundred reviews - now those reviews mean something: They are not just the irrelevant rantings of a few students - they are now the opinions of a hundred customers.
So as they have grown, they have become more and more credible - and so more and more people use now them (87% of people check a business' reviews before spending a dime with them - and so they have grown once more - and keep growing.
Having bad reviews about your business is no longer an option, because millions of people check them today, and they'll simply not visit your business if your reviews are not good - so as much as great reviews can make a business, bad reviews can break one.
