1. Claiming your listings
We start by helping you to claim all of your listings in all of the major review sites. This helps you to effectively monitor reviews, and respond to comments. In short, it puts you more in control of your reputation, and gains you extra exposure through your display at those highly trafficked sites. 

2. Completing your listings
We assist you with 'perfecting' your listings - which means ensuring that the   information is completed to 100%, with pictures, business descriptions, address and contact information. Part of this 'perfecting process' raises your 'organic search ranking' at search sites such as Google - because their algorithm ranks sites on 'back-links' from important top-ranked sites. And during the 'perfecting' process, we place links from those important sites to your site - raising your ranking in Organic searches, ensuring that many more people will see your business online. 

3. Getting good reviews out of the ‘filter’
We then immediately start work on the 'filters' for you: You'll notice that you have more good reviews than the good reviews displayed as 'recommended' reviews. That's because review sites are rightly vigilant about ensuring that their reviews are real - who would use review sites if they could not be trusted? But all too often their programs removes good reviews that they shouldn't have. Our techniques allow review sites to realize that many of your good reviews should be displayed, and should count towards your rating. By doing so, we're able to get extra good reviews displaying and counting towards your average ‘star rating’ in a very short space of time.

4. Removing negative reviews
Getting review sites to remove a bad review is generally known to be 'impossible'. Not for us. You'll always finish every month with more Facebook 'Likes' than you started with. If you wish to keep posting yourself, that’s a bonus – the more active our clients are, the better the job we can do. All we need is for us to be an ‘admin’ with you, so that we can grow positive sentiment about you via social media, which is necessary for our review process (see 7 below). And don't worry if you don't already have a Facebook fan page for your business - we'll take care of it for you if so.

One of our 'secret sauce' ingredients is that when the positive comments from real customers that we encourage appear on your Facebook fan page, we're able to make those comments appear as 'good reviews' at all the review sites.
